Very poor service and unkept promises

These guys damaged my car tyre when they came to tow my car last year. Its been months now following up on their promise to make good on their damage. Their manager, Mr Arends always makes false promises that their finance department is going to make a payment. I am fed up with them. Be on the lookout when you're in need of towing services, these guys can't keep their word
