Unsatisfied serve

Good day I am displeased with this response, as within a space of 4 months you are advising me that this is standard sagging, which is absolutely ridiculous, I would understand if it was 2 years but 4 months no ways!

I am requesting that this matter be escalated to top management. As my parents paid cash for a good quality bed but this kind of service is appalling to say the least. My parents bought a a bed 4months ago we filled in the paper work that the bed manufacturers reqyested and this was their response for a non turn bed. Qoute The bed only have body indentation which is the normal/ standard sagging, the warranty will not recognize the sagging as a defect if it reach this depth. Such sagging is considered normal softening of mattress materials resulting from typical wear and tear.
