Terrible service

Hi I have purchased a lounge suit worth R15000 along with a dining room table with chairs,coffee table and a bed some time ago and I was told that it was genuine leather. Less than a month down the line the suit starts peeling and the table started falling apart almost collapsing on my granddaughter due to missing rubbers. I laid a complaint with the store, they said they would send someone to repair it.1 year down the line and the problem is still not sorted out,African Bank took over and all they did was call for payment and yet they too did not address my situation,I am being forced to pay for damaged goods. I'm paying for something that's worth R35000 but the quality is absolutely terrible and service is just as bad!!! I have a salesman who assisted me that day, his seen what my suit looks like and he agrees its not genuine leather!! My cry for help was not heard nor seen too until this very day.
