Still no feedback since 25 September 2015!

Come on guys, how difficult can it really be to look into my matter and respond to me? Everyone else receives a response! I need this matter sorted out now as I am not able to make use of this couch. It will break further if we try to make us of it and it is pointless to pay the amount that we paid for the SET, when we can only use a portion of the set.
