Repairs and bad service

Good evening.<br> <br> We bought a leather Lounge suite of R37, 000.00 at Furniture City in Horizon View Roodepoort. We pay African Bank each and every month a certain amount via Debit order.<br> The living room set was made by, Montani.<br> We had endless problems from day one with Furniture City.<br> After so many months we still waiting, today, 26-2-2015 we called Furniture City asking them what is happening, they don't worry because there head office Is closing down tomorrow the 27-2 -2015.They don't worry, we phoned Montani and told them the problem, they then told us the Guarantee, with Montani is no longer because Furniture City took it to Dhasi's, so we are now sitting with R37,000,00 lounge sweet, NO Guarantee and with a 3 seather that is faulty . <br> We phone every body today complaining and asking for help, but no one can, and want to help us.<br> What makes me mad is the fact that we are paying for something each month that is faulty, and no one can or wants to help us, if we don't pay them they will blacklist us. It's not fair to us that is a paying customer, I honestly hope somebody can assist me with this problem, I don't know what to do any more.<br> Kind Regards
