Poor quality, bad service.

We bought a couch (cash) from the store. 3 months later, its base was no longer intact. The store had to pick the couch twice from our home. As we speak, it is 4 years later, the couch is still with Furniture City and we have never received our money back R7 000. The store manager (Northgate) was unhelpful. I would not dare buy anything from the store.
