Peeling couches

<p>We purchased a furniture set from furniture city about 2yrs and 5 months ago.</p> <p>The couches are peeling so badly and yet we are still paying it off as it was a 3yr account.</p> <p>My husband has been trying to contact furniture city and african bank about this but nobody is responding!!!! This is very disappointing as we were sold a good quality couch as the salesman mentioned and we have paid BIG money for this.Our whole house is full of the pieces and our toddler and new born has these pieces al***** them too.</p> <p> </p> <p>We refuse to pay the balance owed over the next couple of months before something is sorted out.I have pictures of how badly the couches look and i have noticed that we are not the only ones complaining.</p> <p>Hope this can be sorted out asap.</p>
