King Coil Beds: inferior quality & waste of money!

I bought a King Coil Mattress and Base around August 3 years ago on higher purchase for around R5500 and am still paying off through African Bank, although Furniture City in Park Meadows closed its doors in December 2013. The product is shocking and the matress has totally collapsed while the base has broken because it's made from weak and cheap wood! The product is of such inferior quality and I am completely disappointed that I was unable to get a repair done just before the matress went out of guarantee because I had called 3 days before the factory closed for December in 2013. The whole bed is ******* and I wouldn't recommend your product to ANYONE!!! How does a R5000 bed suddenly collapse from minimal wear and tear? I don't jump on this bed nor do I have children to damage it. Sometimes I am away from home for a few weeks at a time and the bed is not used. Since it's now 2015, what would King Coil propose I do since I am under debt review now and cannot purchas a replacement bed? I urge people to stay away from cheaply made products and being conned to pay such a ridiculous amount of money when there are better beds for sale at the same price from reliable bed shops.
