I've been swindle

I bought furniture from Furniture City last year October which was their monthly special I signed the contract and everything and I was told my furniture will be delivered soon. I received my some of the during October but i didn't't receive all of it what was outstanding was a head board and pedestals of which I was told they were out of stock but they promised they will try their best to get it for me. During that period I was calling the store to find out if they are making progress in finding me the relevant goods. On the 4th of November I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SHOP asking me to come by of which I did when I got there the store was almost empty and I was told to choose any item which is the amount of the headboard and pedestal as they are closing shop and they are unable to get what I wanted so I chose a Defy machine which they promised they will deliver it soon to this day they never did. I called the Head office and I was given a ref number and promised to sort my issue and that was in December.Now in Feb I called them again and i was told that the Regional manager has told them that I have received a washing MACHINE OF WHICH i NEVER DID.
