I have not received my bed from repairs

Hoping this will help get my bed back! <br> In October 2014, Furniture City organized to have my bed picked up for repairs. It has been 6 months now and no signs of my bed. But on the one hand African Bank debits my account every month to take money for a bed I don't have in possession anymore. <br> I must admit it was a logistical nightmare as whoever was trying to arrange logistics was utterly useless as she would call me when I'm out of town in the morning to tell me the bed is on the way who will be home to receive the bed??? I aske for delivery to be arranged on a saturday and it never happened. I got an email from Thembi from Barloworld Logistic but clearly they failed at arranging a delivery (worrying especially that thats they speciality). <br> Here is my stance, No bed, Branch Closed down and I have no one to contact to raise this concern!! <br>
