I can't get Hold of Furniture City

I bought a Plasma TV July 2014 at Furniture city West gate and now TV Is no longer working, I went to look for the shop West gate and South gate in order for me to return it as is still have guarantee for 3 yrs. I found out that shops are no longer there , I tried to call Furniture City Head office and no one is answering my calls. Can you please assist me to get hold of Furniture City so that I can be able to know where I can return my TV. I bought it on cash
