Horrible Peeling

<p>We bought couches a while ago from Furniture City, they are now starting to peel terribly an it is suppose to be real leather. We also pay insurance on these couches but we have had no response from no one. Myself and my husband have phoned and everytime we are told they will phone us back but so far NOBODY has phoned. The account has been taken over by Africa bank and they are also not responding to our requests. What are we paying for every month if this is the service we get???? </p>
