He didnt include insurance

On the 12 of july 2014 my girlfriend and i walked into furniture city store woodmead and we were assisted by a sales consultant by the name of Mr. MT. Ncube.<br> we wanted to buy a TV and a home theater on credit since out previous home that we purchased at OK furniture got ******.<br> he helped us get credit at African Bank which i was successfully approved. we then then took a LG 127CM HD Plasma TV and a Samsung Home theater.<br> we then strictly stressed to Mr, Ncube that he ads insurance on our monthly installment because we wanted to be sure that our products are insured since they are expensive and the should be replaced if the get ****** and not recovered. <br> we strongly asked for insurance to be included because our previous products got ****** and we do not want to find ourselves paying for something we don't even have. Mr Ncube assured us that he did add insurance on our products and we even shared a few life time experience on how they stole our previous TV and how also he was also a victim of house breaking and theft and how he survived.<br> on the early morning of the 29th of august 2015 while my girlfriend and i were away for the weekend someone broke into our place *****ing
