Furniture Warehouse Boksburg - DONT EVER SUPPORT!!

Ordered a "FULL BED" and 2 x Pedestals, after a long 4 weeks wait we got sent a WhatsApp that we can collect. Got there paid full amount and as we wanted to load up there was no full bed only a headboard and 2 pedestals.. Absolutely disgusted... Manager tried to assist then they made a plan with a Temp bed different color, but when the guys came to assemble the mattress support board did not fit.. took out my circular saw and cut it to size.. is there anything they can do right? now I need tom wait "UNKNOWN ETA" for a bed. They they have to send a team to disassemble the loan bed and bring the new bed, and I have to pay in a further R1200, I'm so sick of supporting these smaller companies.. its disgusting to say the least.. Everything has to be a fight, no pride, no loyalty, no respect for customers, and their sales person "young little laitie" I would have given a hiding if I did not calm down. Don't support.
