Furniture mart BAD SERVICE ALWAYS

I bought a bed at furniture mart 2 months in boksburg and it was never delivered. Even then I had to be the one phoning and asking for updates. Now I want my refund and still no one is responsible for my refund, not the manager or sales person. People before u spend ur money anywhere be careful, furniture mart is full of incompetence in staff and general no work ethics all. So please cause I'm not the first and last, go where there is peace of mind and always check for reviews before buying in such shops. They are not what u think after the transaction u as a customer u have to see to finish with everything.
