Disgusting Service

To Whom it may concern<br> <br> I have been trying to get someone out to look at a couch i bought that is not even 2 years old and had a spring break in the first year and someone was going to come out and now another one in the same couch. Everyone fails to respond and it seems as if i will need to place this bad service again on Hello Peter. It is absolutely disgusting that i have no responses from furniture city. All the store i go to, to complain are now closed. I need this couch fixed or changed i paid good money for these couches and it needs to be fixed. If i do not have a response by 12pm 23/07/2015 i will have to take this further.
