Damaged Goods

Hi <br> <br> about a 2 year ago I bought a fridge from furniture City Festival Mall.<br> the temperature of the fridge was not functioning anymore.<br> I then called the store and they send out technicians to fix the problem.but this kept on happening constantly then the store decided that since they didn't have my model any more.they gave me a new model which lasted for year. And the temperature started also malfunctioning.<br> so I called Samsung help center so that they can have a look at the fridge ,according to them they are guarantee only applies to the first sold date which is more than two years back. <br> so they want me to pay for the repairs to this replacement one.<br> my take with Samsung and the store is that the store must refund me my money so that I can go buy another better brand like LG or whirlpool. What is not clear that the fridge comes with 10 year warranty according to Samsung but now they are saying it two year.<br> I am clearly not impressed with the service from both service providers.<br> Samsung it just **** in terms of service never again buying there products.<br> also loggin in this with NCC.
