Couch broke and cant get hold of furniture city

We bought leather recliners!<br> they have since broken and they are still under warrentee<br> I have tried calling various branches and have had no luck getting thru the numbers just ring and ring until eventually clicking off!<br> I am so sick of calling! one day i got hold of someone at Cresta branch he couldnt help me but said he would get his manager to call me back! that was in December and i am still waiting for the call!<br> I cannot get hold of a store and its driving me mad!!!
