Bad service

I bought coffee table on the 4th Nov 2023 paid in full was told they don't have stock they will order in 5 to 7 working days. On the 11th Nov 2023 sent an email to check if table was ordered or available, they didn't reply. Went to the store on the 18th November to check if table is in the, nothing manager said they didn't order (no apology) I should give them another 7days. I told him about the email, he checked to see if I sent, he escalated email without acknowledging my email. On the 19th November sent an email again, received a an email saying Darren Hope will contact me within days. Today is the 28th November 2023,no phone call, or reply I think Decofurn is a **** they using actual stores as a front to **** people. If only I can have my table.
