Furniture Basket mediocre service with endless excuses

<p>I’ve ordered twice from and Furniture basket and both times they gave me mediocre service with endless excuses. A chaise lounge was meant to come with a cusion is still yet to be delivered 10 months later.</p> <p>Furniture basket promise a 1 guarantee on their items. In January 2017 I reported to them that the leg of the chaise lounge that I ordered last April is broken and all I got was empty promises from Elvis to repair the leg. and to add to my frustrations now they are not responding to my emails or whatapps texts as to when they will fix the leg.</p>
