Bad Lou he suite

Hi Hi I am in need of some help... I purchased a lounge suite last year in December... However I have noticed that when sitting I can feel the springs.. When trying to get into contact with the store, they kept on telling me they waiting for the factory,.

I called back in two weeks they guy said his waiting for his boss to call me.. I am still waiting for that call.. When I tried calling back they refuse to pick up..

Is there some ombudsman or something that I can do?
