Utterly Disgusted

Words cannot describe how absolutely appalled I am with this company, Furniture Artisans. I wouldn't have even given a single star to rate them as they deserve none. It has been nearly 4 months since the bed that was of such bad quality was returned to them & I have kept receiving the excuse of their move to new premises & a hotel being a cause for delay for me not receiving a bed that is supposedly being re-done. The person I dealt with, Ben, eventually escalated the matter to the manager, Graemy, who despite promising, did nothing to assist and eventually avoided my calls and messages. The managing director, Smart, assured me that he would ensure the bed was done by week ending 4 Nov 2020. Still no bed by then. Upon me enquiring further, he asks when am I available for delivery. My hopes all raised, I informed him on availability & upon enquiring when the bed would be delivered, he then responds that he must be honest with me but the move and hotel story came up once again as an excuse on why the bed was still not done & asked that more time be given but not later than the 20th Dec 2020, failing which, my money would be refunded. To date, still no bed, no communication & my emails enquiring about my refund are going unanswered. Rodrick Smart Ndlovu, yours and your companies conduct is absolutely unacceptable. You are unashamedly displaying your new premises and advertising your business as if you are reputable when behind the scenes, you are ripping customers off because Im not the only customer experiencing problems with you. You also gave me extremely lame excuses on why you could not give me your contact details & wouldn't phone me either. Your evasiveness demonstrated the person you actually are & why Furniture Artisans operates in the manner in which it does. I've been more than patient and understanding through all that Furniture Artisans has put me through. Even the initial delivery was a nightmare. I've stated before & will state again that companies like yours should not be allowed to operate. This is our hard earned money and you feel once you have it, you can mess us around. I deeply regret ever coming across Furniture Artisans & being fooled by the reviews which I normally check before purchasing.
