Unprofessional and careless furniture manufacturer

I have been a victim of false advertising whereby I contacted a guy named Gift on Facebook who manufactures all types of custom furniture. I then sent him a picture of the headboard set that I wanted and we agreed on a price. I paid him in full and also for delivery. When his driver delivered my stuff, it was only a headboard and not the side panels as I requested in the picture. I called Gift and he agreed to make the side panels at an additional fee and extra delivery costs. I was very unhappy but I trusted that this guy knew what he was doing. I begged and called many times from December and the side panels were delivered, however they did not fit. Gift then took the 1 side panel and promised to resize and bring back to me. It's been about 2 months and he hasn't returned any of my calls or said anything. I have paid him in full for my order and he has just stopped all communications with me. I have reported him to Facebook and other social media platforms but it doesn't seem to phase him. I just want a full refund if he isn't able to provide me with what I initially ordered so that I can get someone who is more professional and knows what they are doing to make this headboard for me.
