Tarryn - Furnicraft Ottery - Rude - NEVER EVER buy from this store.

I called Furnicraft Ottery to check on a delivery. Tarryn answered the phone. She is rude and obnoxious. Asked me for a telephone number to check on the order and then tells me now she needed the number to call me back. Proceeded to tell me that I think that I am the customer and therefore she needs to keep her mouth. What happened to common decency. Then I spoke to the store manager, Salim Christian. When I asked Salim for Tarryn's surname she proceeded to scream at him and ask why does he want my surname.

Tarryn is a disgrace for your company and your brand. I will NEVER buy from you again and in my opinion Tarryn owes me an apology. If the item wasn't already paid for I would cancel and give my business to someone that knows who to speak to clients and actually wants my business.
