No delivery

My husband bought a bed at Furnicraft in Brackenfell on 17 November and was promised delivery in two weeks. Still no sign of the bed and everytime I phone there is another excuse. <br> <br> I realise this is a busy time of year but then at least keep us informed of the progress.
