Never ever again

Placed our order for our son's bed 15 March.Was told in store they do mass production so we wont wait the 15-20 days.I followed up end of March to get an estimated delivery date as we doing renovations at home and needed to plan accordingly. Phone 16:00 the afternoon to be told they will phone me back. 16:45 I phoned back as I received no feedback, was told by a very unprofessional lady that their factory closes at 17:00 so I must wait to the next day for feedback. I told her that they had an hour and the she still has 15min so why must I wait till the next day?<br> She put down the phone in my ear. I was called back by a gent that said the are spray painting the bed and maybe he must call me back the next day when I have calmed down ( cause I told him what I thought about the lady who handled my call so badly ).They promised to keep my updated, last week Wednesday I phoned and wanted to know the status and said if I don't receive feedback that I wanted a refund. This lady phoned me back and said it will go to Kuilsriver the next day. Arrive there.. no bed,cant give refund cause they don't have money. The sectary wont speak to me as she is not working today. Does the owner know ?
