Furnicraft Failure

I purchased goods from the N1 City Furnicraft and when I paid they said it will take 14 work days to manufacture and deliver. I had no issue with that. 14 working days went past and no delivery, phoned them and they had a bad attitude over the phone. Got a new delivery date and waited it out. Again they did not deliver. Got on the phone again and they said they are delivering it Saturday. I had to cancel all my appointments for the day because I waited for them to deliver. I phoned them on Saturday and the confirmed that they are delivering in 2 hours time. Surprise...they did not notify me that they are not delivering my goods. I am trying to get hold of them with 3 different numbers for Furnicraft but they are not picking up the phone. This is unacceptable services and I am seriously considering lodging a formal complaint. Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008). I am still waiting to receive my goods and have no idea when or if I am receiving it. I am forced to go to Furnicraft to resolve this unfair business practise.
