BAD SERVICE

I paid for a dollhouse in the week of 27 Nov,after being told i will get it the week of 20 Dec.The 20th came and gone and i have been phoning and mailing and only received one mail back and i had to phone all the time,promised feedback calls were never done.then today i finally got to speak to the manager after many calls again,she phoned factory and they were closed till 18 Jan and my bed is still there not completed yet!
