2 slide under bed combos broken

Furnicraft probably wont respond...as they don't care once they have your money...<br> <br> I ordered 2 slide under bed combos (spending well over 10k), the beds were out of delivery times, had to be returned for exceptionally poor workmanship and now not even 2 months later have broken. <br> What does Furnicraft say? They'll phone me back (still waiting) and the store (N1 City) reports that Head Office (Ottery) never phones customers - its apparently their policy to not get involved.<br> <br> So be warned...DON'T BUY FURNICRAFT! Biggest waste of money you'll ever make...<br> I am now sitting with broken beds and a head office that's too special/important to care for their own customers...<br> Maybe I should forward them the National Consumer Protection Act of which they fail miserably...
