Lack of service.

Placed an order. Agreement was 4 - 6 weeks to deliver. Delivered after 12 weeks with no communication as to why. Deliviered furniture. Office chair skew and after 4 weeks the one wheel broke off. Chair mechanism does not work. Informed company. After 3 weeks still no response.
