Unacceptable Client Services

Good Day,<br> <br> We have purchased a L-Shape lounge suite at the above mentioned company. When the lounge suite was delivered on the 23 December, the driver *****ed the legs of the suite in my lounge and the legs was placed skew. Secondly he only used two *****s and there was three holes. <br> <br> I contacted the supplier the same night and advised him about this and there is a piece of material loose. The next day we did a full inspection of the couch. The one seat is totally in when you sit, you can feel the wood on the same side of the arm and the wood underneath. I have told the supplier on numerous times about the couch. They advised us to keep it till the 15th Jan 2015 when they re-open. Still to date nothing was collected and the couch is getting worse and worse. <br> <br> I have spoken to Claudia and it was told that they will make me a new lounge suite and still nothing.<br> <br> Empty promises. <br> <br> I need help as I am getting nowhere with this company.<br> <br> Claudia at Furn Stop contact Numbers - *** / ***<br> <br> Regards<br> Sheila Roodman<br> *** / ***<br> <br>
