No delivery 5 hours later

I phoned Nandi on ********** 171 as per their website's contact details. I told her that our event will start very early and we need to set up the dunk tank. First I was promised that we will receive it the day before. Then I was promised that it will be delivered early today 16 Sept. She knew that the press and ward councillors will be present. It is 5 hours later and we are STILL waiting!! #SWAK
