I bought an Android Tv box from Funtabsa on bid or buy. The unit was faulty. I tried contacting them on numerous occasions, email and telephone, to get the issue sorted out. With no luck there, got bid or buy involved. Turns out that I was too late to claim due to 30 days protection act. After sending them the unit back, I was told that they would refund me as the unit couldn't be repaired. I have yet to receive my funds. They have literally ****** my money and have the unit back. Thankfully, bid or buy has blocked them from trading on their site.
