Unauthorised Debit Order

<p>Funsunsea have been processing a debit order of R99.99 on my bank account which I was not aware of. When I insisted that they cancel same in March 2016, they responded by return e-mail to say cancellation will be immediate. I have just noticed on my July 2016 bank statement that the debit order is still being processed. Furthermore this debit order is attracting bank charges of R16.00 per month. My e-mail dated 12 August 2016 has not been acknowledged nor responded to. How many other people are being ********** by such companies?</p>
