A company not worth your time

When I wanted to use the benefits promised to me, I scheduled a call back and no one got back to me. I waited for them to call me back. Now they call me for an upgrade and I queried what happened. Nobody can help me. Nobody can tell me what happened. The consultant who called me and the person responsible for bookings had no answer for me. I express my frustrations and I am told to calm down and I "better listen to him". I requested to cancel and asked for a refund because they did not provide the services they provided to me when I needed. Then I got all kinds of excuses! This company has poor client service! They have no idea how to treat their clients and have a manager that wants to bully me, the client, into doing what they want instead of giving me the answers that I need. Useless company! Such a waste of time and money!!!
