GROSS BREACH OF CONTRACT AND ******** DEDUCTIONS

Re Contract 12633 Rodney James Taylor (Mr Taylor) signed on 19 August 2009 between Mr Taylor and Funseekers International. The contract was not given back to Mr Taylor straight away. The Club had to sign it apprantly. During this time, The CLUB added another debit order to the already signed papers without the client's knowledge.The contract was only signed by Bernard, Funseekers International on 31 August 2009 and the subsequently added debit order amounts were dated on November 2009. This document was dropped into the mailbox of Mr Taylor in after that in November 2009 - thus much later than the original signed date of 19 August 2009. Thus making the client unable to cancel within 5 days of expiration ( Section 9 of the signed contract.)<br> <br> The client has only legally signed for the total deductions of R321.75 x 60 months = R19,305.<br> The period lapsed on 19/08/14. Despite EXPIRED contract period,deductions ********ly continued.<br> On 29 June 2015 total deductions: R45,524.99. Numerous attempts have been made to cancel contract. We are seeking an immediate cancellation and refund Section 14 of CPA. Client has been receiving threatening phone calls and SMS's from Funseekers.
