Funs Cabs not taking responsibilty

A driver of Funs Cabs drove in the back of my vehicle & took responsibility that he was wrong. An accident report was opened & we exchanged details. I called the owner of Funs Cabs on the cell phone number provided & the line was just ringing, I checked on line for another number & there was no other number not even a office number. The next day I took off time from work & went to Funs Cabs in Paarden Island where the owner told me he is not liable for an accident caused by his driver. He also made me to look like I don't know what I'm talking about as he told me I can only claim from his insurance if I have insurance which I know is not the case. He refused to give me any of his insurance information & sticked to his story that the driver is liable for the accident. How a driver can be held responsible for an accident for a company vehicle which is insured is beyond my imagination. I am totally disgusted by the owners approach to all of this not wanting to take responsibility. Up until today I had no feedback from Funs Cabs.
