Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had purchased a golf gti 6 at the pinetown office the service is pathetic. No one cares and calls you back. The vehicle had an oil leak, the manager Quentin had loaned a vehicle to me for 12 days the vehicle he had lent me was a BMW 5 series with no number plate, the vehicle was hijacked and when I had called him to inform him he was not sympathetic at all, he only cared about where his loaned vehicle was. For the past 3 days I have been using Uber which is costing Me to get to work and back, I had called numerous times and all he says is tomorrow. I manager at Hillcrest offices which I'm waiting for a response on my query. Why are vehicles being sold without proper check up being done, what is the point of paying for a vehicle when you not using it. This service is pathetic and disappointing.
