I recently put in a claim through a dent policy for my vehicle repairs and my insurer had been problematic to allow me to use a reputable workshop of my choice. I was against using a Mobile Dent specialist. My insurer also did not allow me to pay in a little excess over the claim threshold (R3000) so that I could get a professional job done in a controlled environment. However, Denzil Govender went beyond service excellence and revised his quotation to assist me with my claim.
