ZERO service delivery

<p>I ordered 2 pairs of tights on 26 November 2016. On 19 December I was informed that their "shipment was stuck in customs"and weren't sure as to when it would be released. On 9 January 2017, I emailed Funky Tights after not receiving any update since 19 December 2016. I only received an email response on 16 January which had the same story of "shipment stuck in customs". Once again they failed to keep me updated with regards to my order and I had to email from my side again on 8 Feb 2017 afterwhich I was informed that half my order was received and they could ship that to me so long if I would like (Why couldn't they have told me as soon as the stock had arrived and send that so long - I had to ask them to do so).</p> <p> </p> <p>On 7 March 2017 I received an email confirming that my order had arrived and was being shipped. However, my excitement was very short-lived as the tights I received were completely wrong - wrong size as well as wrong colour. At this stage I was pretty fed up and had reached my limit. On 10 March 2017 I emailed Funky Tights to say the order was incorrect. After what seems like a thousand emails back and forth between 10 March and 8 May and a thousand excuses as to shipments being stuck in customs, I requested a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to a telephonic conversation with Monique held on 8 May 2017, I would be refunded and the incorrect tights would be picked up from their courier within 2 days. Needless to say that was utter nonsense and a complete lie as I still haven't been refunded and there have been no couriers to collect the incorrect pair of tights.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service delivery from Monique and Funky Tights is absolutely shocking. I have never received such poor service in the past and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.</p>
