worst service ever

<p>I ordered online and its been 2 months with no delivery. i was given incorrect tracking number and when i called the courier company they said that they had not received any package from funky tights. They very rarely answer their phone and reply to emails. when you do get through to them there is always an excuse and they blame customs and the courier company. i had a friend go to their apparent location to fetch my order but the place does not exsist and when he eventually got through to them telephonically they say they have moved to Randburg and tell him they have already made arrangments with me.... please do no deal with this company. They have excuses upon excuses and never follow through. save your money and buy else where. yesterday after my friend did try and find them - they sent me a mail asking if i want a refund and I respnded immediately and theres no response and all their telephone numbers dont seem to work as well today. their previous excuse to not responding to mails was that there was a problem with their service provider. please do not deal with these people. just check the reviews online and you will know why!!!</p>
