What is going on here?? Feedback and then nothing!!

I have posted a review about Funky Tights as I have not received any feedback about my order placed (and paid on same day) but as soon as it was posted as a bad review it wasn't even 5min and I got feedback. Their numbers do not exist so there is no use trying to call them and when you want to get more feedback on the matter there is nothing but silence and just being ignored. They were to glad to see payment was made immediately but as soon as the service is bad and you request a refund, they get quite and say nothing. We are spending a lot of money here and not money you can just throw any in today day and life. Are they ******** people and as soon as you want refunds, you get ignored? I think why they don't care is the reason that they are purely online based and you cannot go to the shop and give them a piece of mind. HONESTLY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL... will not recommend them to anyone or make use for them every again!!!
