Waste of time and money
<p>Disgusting service. False offer of available stock online. False offer to refund. Overall a complete gamble when or whether your purchase will arrive. Will never use them again, nor recommend them. </p>

Thank you for your review, however we do state on our website that orders are processed within a 7-14 working day processing time, and clearly state that we work on an order basis. Your order was processed and delivered within this time. Your leggings were ordered on the 17th October and sent out via Fastway Couriers on the 28th Oct.
We have never once false advertised or held back a refund from anyone, so I'm really unsure where your remarks come from? Should you require a refund, and would like to return your product, please let me know.

Perhaps you should check the email correspondence with me where I am offered a refund, I accept, I provide my bank details, I then subsequently receive the order anyway, and when I query this and offer to return ship, I got no reply? Do you not follow up on refunds? ? Overall your email correspondence was slack, taking more than the following day to get any response, which is unacceptable for an online business. Owner of Funky tights followed up after this poor review on Hellopeter.com and offered a full refund as well as offer to keep the item ordered as an apology for poor their service. I accepted! She has promised to fix the poor management and communication problem I received. These tights are very cool so let's hold thumbs all other service from them improves!
