********* Business - Unable to deliver on product and will not refund!

<p>After ordering funky tights online, my mom was told that the items requested were out of stock. </p> <p>She then provided them with alternative options - to which she had no response. She requested a refund on the 11th of July 2017 and today on the 24th of July 2017 we have still not recieved a refund or even proof of a refund being processed.</p> <p>I have spoken to Michele the owner numerous times and she definitley has just been telling me what I want to hear to get me off the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is shocking to me that a business can be run in this manner! I understand that you use payfast and their rules apply but as the business owner this refund is your responsibility, fighting with payfast should come after the client has been refunded!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to warn people that doing any business with this company comes at a high risk as their working policy is *********! </p>
