They talk to you as long as you are prepared to wait for the supposed order

My husband placed an order for my birthday which was 18 May. When they first explained that there was a delay, I was happy to wait, but I now would rather have something else, and as soon as I asked for a refund I stopped getting replies. I think I have even been blocked on FaceBook because my messages will not deliver. I have not been rude, but I am now being ignored... Not good for a small business.
