Terrible service, no feedback, **** numbers, *****!!!!!

I have ordered some goods from the online store and was said that the delivery will be made within 7-14 working days and none was made nor feedback was provided. Today it is exactly 1 month since payment has been made. I have then send an email to Monique and ALL the Funky Tight emails I could get and still no reply. I have tried to contact the number provided on the website but says that it doesn't exist. I have then read some terrible reviews and requested a refund but still no response?? I would hope just to have received some kind of form of feedback!! Terrible service... beginning to think it's spam! Think I should log a ***** incident on this matter! Shocking!!

It's truly so funny that you reply to hellopeter but not to your business emails?? My order is #7480. I would please like to arrange a refund ASAP.

Your order has already been sent out. You can access your tracking number on the system and email that was sent to you. I will follow up on this tomorrow morning and revert.

Reviewer Update
My order was also send out on the 27th of July as per email from Monique. I thereafter received an email that asked me if I wished to request a refund (which I do) beacuse heaven knows how long I will wait now and if I will get feedback again. Due to the fact that none of you numbers work or get any response from your emails, it had to take a terrible review on hellopeter for you to finally respond. I have only read bad reviews and bad comments regarding this company and if I knew that I would not have made use of your services. I have send throught my banking details to you via email... I do hope this is in order as I would not want to do business with you anymore.
