Terrible Service, No Delivery

<p>I didn't know customer service and service delivery could be this bad. I have waited for 2 and a half month, sent numerous emails, and was told my order was stuck in customs, then then more recently, that the order was busy being packed. But still nothing. Eventually I phoned and was told that - despite the previous email - my tights were still in an order which was stuck in customs! When asked why I was told they were being packed, no explanation was offered. And no solution. Now, over a month later, I have still not received my tights. I SERIOUSLY SUGGEST that no one risk ordering tights from this company.</p>
