Still waiting for delivery!
<p>I ordered from Funky Tights on the 4th January. It is now the 8 February, Over a month later and I have still NOT recieved my order! I have been in contact with them and they blame late delivery on the Chinese new year and items being stuck in customs. But when can I expect my delivery? In afew days? In afew weeks? A year? I would not reccomend Funky Tights to anyone. Terrible service.</p>

Thank you for your feedback, we have kept you informed of the delay and do state on our website that we have a 7-14 working day processing time as well as state that we can experience customs delays from time to time and are open and honest about this, so you would've been aware of it before placing the order. Chinese New year causes major issues for any importer and I'm sure that you can understand the frustration that this causes for a small business.
We have requested that your payment be returned to you via Payfast.

I did not ask for a return of payment anywhere in this message. I asked when my delivery will arrive.
Does that mean I get a refund and still recieve my order?

Thank you for your reply, as per your email you were afraid that your money was been ****** by us, so we have processed the refund on payfast and will notify when you we have your product should you still want it. Please refer to the email for further communication.
