Still waiting after three months

<p>Horrible service. Delivery promised within 14 days, I have now been waiting 3 months. First they blame customs, then it came out that they struggle with finding stock of one of the items. I changed my item to something they do have in stock, now the excuse is the courier company. If I don't bug them for feedback, I simply get no update on my order. I totally understand stock issues, but don't lie to the client and constantly make up new excuses.</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh and those of us complaining here are just a handful compared to the THOUSANDS of happy clients they claim proudly.</p>
