Service delivery not so funky

<p>I sincerely wish I read all the reports before ordering with Funky Tights. I experienced all the problems listed under this business - no/late reply, the "held up" at customs, etc. I have requested a refund and was advised it will be processed and reflect on Wednesday 21 June 2017. When refund did not reflect, I asked for a follow up and feedback - and received no reply. I sincerely hope that I'll get my money back, but will obviously not be a returning customer of this business.</p>
